
Bill Kinsey
Throughout Bill Kinsey's diverse career, he has served as an artist, graphic designer, and art director with major corporations and advertising agencies in Virginia.
Kinsey works predominantly in watercolor, collage, and mixed media but also practices printmaking, oil, and oil pastel. His artwork is in many private and corporate collections in the U.S. and abroad. His pieces have been exhibited in the Mid-Atlantic Regional Watercolor Exhibitions, New England Fine Arts Institute in Boston, The Virginia Watercolor Society Exhibitions, and numerous Central Virginia art shows where his work has received several awards and honors. He is a "signature member" of both The Virginia Watercolor Society (VWS) and The Baltimore Watercolor Society (BWS).
Kinsey earned a BFA in Art from Richmond Professional Institute (now Virginia Commonwealth University) and has also studied with many nationally known artists. Currently residing in Richmond, VA, his studio is located at 1305 West Main Street inside Uptown Gallery.
